Be mindful to avoid the sensitive eye area. Allow Ottie Soak Out Tonic Lotion to be absorbed naturally into your skin. Proceed with the rest of your skincare routine, incorporating serums, moisturizers, or targeted treatments. Use Ottie Soak Out Tonic Lotion in the morning and evening.
