To use Kohl eyeliner, begin by sharpening the pencil to create a precise tip. Then, gently pull your eyelid taut and apply the eyeliner along your upper lash line, staying close to the lash line. You can also apply the eyeliner to your lower lash line for a subtle or intense effect. To smudge or blend the eyeliner, use a small brush or your finger to soften the lines.
