Start by taking a moment to breathe deeply and focus on the present. Dispense a small amount of oil into the palm of your hand and take a moment to appreciate its natural, invigorating fragrance. Gently massage the oil onto your skin, using long strokes and focusing on areas that need extra love and hydration such as your elbows, knees, and heels. As you massage, allow the oil to work its magic, toning, firming, and nourishing your skin.
